Can I share recipes, meals, and created foods with someone else?
Yes!
Share Library Items (Created Foods, Recipes, and Saved Meals)
To share a recipe, meal, or created food item, first navigate to its edit screen from inside the Food Library:
From the main Food Log tab, tap the Food Library (open book icon) button in the top-right corner.
Select the recipe, meal, or food item you wish to edit.
From the edit screen, tap the share button in the bottom-left to share via AirDrop, Messages, or other app.
Share Logged Meals
To share a logged meal, tap the meal's "…" button in the Food Log tab, then select "Share Meal".
