Features and Integrations
Can I track my weight in Foodnoms?
Yes. You can log your weight, follow your trend over time, and set a weight goal.
Logging Your Weight
There are a few ways to record your weight:
Body Profile. In Foodnoms settings, select Body Profile, then update your weight.
Apple Health. If Apple Health access is enabled, weight logged in other apps, like a smart scale's app, is imported automatically, and weight you log in Foodnoms is saved to Apple Health. Macs can't access Apple Health directly, so Health data arrives on your Mac through sync from your iPhone.
Insights. Go to the Insights tab, tap the Weight card, then tap Log Weight. On Mac, select Insights in the sidebar, click the Weight card, then click Log Weight.
However you record it, your weight updates your Body Profile, keeping your automatic calorie goal and any body weight based macro goals up to date.
Your Weight Over Time
Your weight entries appear in a chart on the Weight card in Insights, so you can track your progress over time, including your current trend and a projection toward your weight goal.
Setting a Weight Goal
To set a weight goal, go to Foodnoms settings, select Goals, then Weight.
