Foodnoms+ Subscription

The app is not registering my subscription. How can I get this fixed?

If Foodnoms+ isn't being recognized, try these steps:

  1. Restore your purchase. In Foodnoms settings, select Foodnoms+, then choose Restore Purchase. This resolves most cases.

  2. Check your Apple Account. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to purchase the subscription. This is the most common cause when restoring doesn't work.

  3. Using a Family plan? See "How does Family Sharing work with Foodnoms+?" for Family Sharing-specific steps.
